Recipe for Brownie

Ingredients :

• 200g Dark Chocolate
• 150g Butter
• 150g Sugar
• 50g Flour
• 3 Eggs
• Some crushed Walnuts

Preparation :

• Heat the oven to 180°
• Mix the sugar and the melted butter
• Add an egg and mix
• Add a third of the flour and mix
• Add an egg and mix
• Add another third of the flour and mix
• Add the last egg and mix
• Add the rest of the flour and mix
• Melt the chocolate and add it into the mixture. If you want, add some small pieces of walnut
• Butter a mold
• Pour the mixture into the mold
• Bake for about 15 or 20 minutes
• Verify the cooking with a knife: the chocolate must stick a little on the knife for the cake to be very soft.
• Cool
• You can serve the Brownie with custard or with cream
