Dear friends,

We have had a good rentrée with several new students and many 'old' ones.

Some of us spent part of the summer exploring the industrial and commercial links between Normandy and Britain, which led many British navvies and engineers to be here in the 19th Century. An article will soon be published.

Others have worked on the trees project quiz. which has finally been published (click here).

Don't forget the Christmas Shopping Coach Trip to Canterbury on 8th December ... details and list from your teacher (click here to see the report and photos).

In addition, please don't forget the Intensive English days. The last days were on Saturday 17 and Monday 19 November. The next dates are on the adults page (click). Contact us (Rosemary) for more details.

Les Garden Parties and Cricket Matches pour les adultes, et la Summer Fete pour les enfants, ont eu lieu à la fin du mois de juin et tout le monde s'est bien amusé. Notre voyage à Jersey fût un grand succès également, ainsi que la rentrée.

Nous avons enfin publié le 'Tree Project Quiz' (clic ici); et des informations concernant certains liens industriels et économiques entre la Normandie et la Grande Bretagne au 19e siècle seront bientôt disponibles.
